Something Is Calling You (1993)
This piece was inspired by a poetry collection by the songwriter Paul Williams in his book entitled "Remember Your Essence." It was originally written for violins, cello, guitar, piano, and chorus.

Beyond Forgetting (1968)
This choral work was commissioned by the singer wife of the Filipino lyric poet Rolando Carbonell. The music was a setting to Carbonell's selected poems in his poetry collection of the same title.

Awit Ng Sidewalk Vendor (Song of the Sidewalk Vendor, 1974)
This was the opening song in the composer's three-act musicale, "Sidewalk Vendor," with his own libretto and music. It was rearranged into a capella format from the original straightforward version for chorus and orchestra.

This is the first of in a trilogy of choral works entitled "Mga Awit ng Pagdakila" (Songs of Homage) that the composer wrote at various times as musical offerings to the Creator.

Sisa (1968)
This piece for female choir won first prize in the 1968 National Songfest Competition in Manila. It relates the tragic life of the madwoman Sisa, a character in the immortal novel, "Noli Me Tangere" by the Philippine national hero, Dr. Jose P. Rizal.
